On the occasion of its international partnership with Euro 2024, BYD wanted to add a local, Belgian touch to its campaigns, alongside the global campaigns launched by headquarters.
This is why we advised the brand to collaborate with Wesley Sonck, a former football player and Belgian international with a strong fan base.
This led to two initiatives:
- A car partnership with Wesley Sonck and multiple posts on his own social media channels to engage his fan base.
- A dynamic social media spot featuring Wesley Sonck juggling on the first football pitch he played on as a child.
